HomeMy WebLinkAbout868631RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN STAR VALLEY RANCH ASSOCIATION hereby certifies that pursuant to its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, which states that an Assessment results in a lien in favor of the Star Valley Ranch Association. With respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded August 18, 1994 in Book 356PR, Page No. 145, December 2, 1996 in Book 391PR, page 361 and October 29, 1999 in Book 437PR, page 538 was in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming and that said lien is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged with regard to the property described below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association does hereby release the premises thereby affected. The subject property is more particularly described as follows: Star Valley Ranch Subdivision, Plat 08, Lot 14 Lincoln County, Wyoming IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Star Valley Ranch Association has caused this instrument to be executed this 14th day of September 2000.
