EGGLESTON, his wife, of Thayne, Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as GRANTOR to S. KIM BONNETT AND SHELLEY BONNETT, his wife of Lindon, Utah, hereinafter referred to as GRANTEE. WITNESSETH 1300K 4.53 PR PAGE 3 8 1 For good and valuable consideration, GRANTOR does hereby grant to GRANTEE the right to use water from that certain spring originating on the land of the GRANTOR and located approximately 700 feet North and 10 feet West of the Southwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 33 north, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running Westerly onto and across land of the GRANTEE. Use by GRANTEE of such water shall be for stock watering or culinary purposes only. This right shall include an easement for GRANTEE across such lands of GRANTOR as necessary to maintain the upkeep of said spring. GRANTEE will maintain the upkeep of said spring and will keep said spring fenced for the purpose of excluding the trespass of animals into said spring. This right shall be subject to and subordinate to the right by GRANTOR, his heirs and assigns to the use of the above described water for culinary, stock watering or other domestic use. This right hereby granted is a personal right granted to GRANTEE, and shall not be construed as an attempt to convey any water right of GRANTOR in and to any land owned by GRANTEE. No transfer or assignment of any right conferred herein shall be effective or valid with out the express written consent of the GRANTOR.
