Hesse, as Trustee of the D Lazy D Trust, dated April 15, 1999, as amended, of P.O. Box 3187, Jackson, Wyoming 83001 GRANTEE, all right, title and interest now owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit: STATE OF UTAH COUNTY OF CACHE SEAL SE 1/4, S1 /2NE1 /4, NE1 /4NE1 /4, all in Section 36, T33N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, less and excepting therefrom: Beginning at the SE corner of said Section 36 and running thence North 858 feet; thence West 450 feet; thence South 158 feet; thence West 752 feet; thence South 700 feet; thence East 1202 feet to the point of beginning, excepting therefrom the south 30 feet thereof. Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereunto belonging, but subject to all taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, encumbrances, rights and rights -of -way of sight and /or record.
