between the Wyoming Game and Fish Public Area and the North
line of said Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East Right -of -Way line of U.S. Highway 89, said
point being near a BLM type monument found marking the Northwest corner of a
Wyoming Game and Fish Property, said monument being N23 °53'22 "E 43.99 feet
from a concrete highway monument found marking the Southerly terminis of a
2143.468 foot radius curve in the East Right -of -Way line of said U.S. Highway
89 and also being S66 °29'33 "E 2143.311 feet measured (2143.468 feet record)
from the radius point of said curve; thence S70 °24'56 "E, along the Northerly
line of said Game and Fish property, 205.41 feet to a BLM type monument
found; thence S3 °23'29 "E, along the Easterly line of said Game and Fish
property, 98.01 feet to a BLM type monument found; thence S46 °54'22 "E 77.07
feet to the Southwest corner of LOT 30; thence N51 °29'59 "E, along a Northerly
line of said LOT 30, 83.17 feet to a rebar found marking the Southwest corner
of said LOT 27; thence N12 °17'E, along the West line of said LOT 27, 212.00
feet; thence N47 °07'01 "E 33.12 feet to the Southwest Right -of -Way line of a
proposed 60 foot wide road approximately following the existing graveled

Right -of -Way line, 1.91 feet to a point in the North line of said Salt River

feet to a point marking the Southerly terminis of a 2158.468 foot radius
curve in the East Right -of -Way line to U.S. Highway 89 and also being

also being N89 °55'30 "E 0.37 feet from existing concrete highway monument;
thence N87 °48'02 "W 15.87 feet to a point marking the Northerly terminis of a
2143.468 foot radius curve in said East Right -of -Way line and also being
S68 °40'21 "E 2143.468 feet from the radius point of last said curve, said
point also being N68 °40'21 "W 0.48 feet from existing concrete highway
monument; thence running Southerly along last said curve through a central
angle of 2 °10'48" an arc distance of 81.555 feet to the Point of Beginning.
