Goodstein, whose current address is 1320 South Center Street, Casper, Wyoming 82601 and who owns certain interests in the property described in Exhibit A as well as other property not specifically described therein. Affiant further states that he knows of his own personal knowledge that, notwithstanding the discrepancy in name, the said Lucy M. Durnell who appears as record owner of interests in such property is one and the same person as Lucy Goodstein, Lucy M. Goodstein and Mary Goodstein. GOODSTEIN, Assignor, of Natrona County, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, BARGAINS, SELLS, CONVEYS, WARRANTS, ASSIGNS, TRANSFERS and SETS OVER to LUCY M. All oil, gas or other substances produced from or attributable to the Subject Interests, including any rights arising from or associated with such production; and All farmout agreements, operating agreements, participation agreements, pooling or unitization agreements, option rights or other contract rights or interest in any way associated with or related to the Subject Interests, including the rights to enforce any covenants, representation, condition or warranty Assignor may enforce, to the full extent such rights are transferrable. All personal property and fixtures hereby conveyed and sold "as is, where is Notwithstanding the absence of a warranty as to the personal property hereby transferred, Assignor transfers, conveys and assigns to Assignee any right or interest Assignor may have to enforce any covenant, representation, condition or warranty Assignor may enforce, to the full extent such rights or interests are transferrable. The interests assigned herein are conveyed subject to their proportionate share of all landowner's and overriding royalty interests'burdening such interests as of the effective date of this Mineral Conveyance, Assignment and Bill of Sale; and subject to all of the terms and provisions of the applicable leases and other contracts.
