FRANK BORG, a/k/a FRANK D. BORG and MARIE BORG, Husband and
Wife, GRANTOR(S), of Midvale, Utah, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT all of their undivided interest to:
SHIRLEY ANN GARDNER, A Married Person, RANDALL DAVID GARDNER, a Single Person, AND

described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the

Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:

from the B.L.M. type Monument found marking the 1/4 corner between said

TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions,
Restrictions, Rights -of -Way and Improvements of sight and/or record.
And Quit Claim all right, title, and interest in that certain corrective Warranty
Deed dated April 2, 1984, recorded April 2, 1984, in Book 212 PR at Page 245 in the
Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
