TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions,
Restrictions, Rights -of -Way and Improvements of sight and /or record.
And Quit Claim all right, title, and interest in that certain corrective Warranty
Deed dated April 2, 1984, recorded April 2, 1984, in Book 212 PR at Page 245 in the
Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
