quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we
have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to -wit:
That part of Section 33, T3ON R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Steven W. Allen and Anne R. Allen, Parcel
Y -1- dated September 30, 1999.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Steve W. Allen and Anne R. Allen
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.

in said Office in Book 435 of Photostatic Records on page 189, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest point of said parcel on page 194, on the north line of said
SW1/4NE1/4, N89 47' -39 "E, 0.90 feet from the northwest corner of said SW1/4NE1/4;
thence N89 47' -39 "E, 376.33 feet, along said north line, to a spike, being the centerline of
a thirty (30) foot access and utility easement;
