Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
The Maddox Family Trust, dated February 22,1992,
Ronald L. Maddox and Marion J. R. Maddox, Trustees
Grantees, whose mailing address is 1020 Foxburg Road #215L, Seal Beach, CA 90742,
the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State to -wit:
Lot 2006 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 1 2nd Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right -of -ways of record, of sight
