Nelson, Trustees of the Edward Naunie Nelson revocable Trust, dated December 17, 2012, Grantor, whose address is 776 Diagonal #24, St. George, Utah 84770 for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys and quitclaims unto Lisa E. Nelson, Trustee of the Shanandoah Trust, Grantees, the following described Property, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit: Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances, and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging.
