KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Edward L. Nelson and
Naunie S. Nelson, Trustees of the Edward Naunie Nelson revocable
Trust, dated December 17, 2012, Grantor, whose address is 776 Diagonal
#24, St. George, Utah 84770 for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys and quitclaims unto Lisa E. Nelson,
Trustee of the Shanandoah Trust, Grantees, the following described Property,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances, and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging. Subject to
all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights -of -way, and
easements of sight and or of record.

Lot 132, Plat 6 of Star Valley Ranch, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, as said lot is laid down and
described on the official plat of said addition
duly recorded in Lincoln County Clerk's Office,
Kemmerer, Wyoming.
