This Warranty Deed, made this 2 day of 2013, by David L.
Stone and DeAnn Stone individually and as husband and wife, Grantors 1596
Cherry Circle, Farmington, UT 84025, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, as Grantors do by this remise, release and forever warranty
and convey to and David L. Stone and DeAnn Stone, Trustees or their successors in
trust under the Stone Living Trust dated May 13, 2013, and any amendments thereto,
as Grantees, any and all the interest of Grantors, each or both of them may now or
may hereafter have in and to that real property located Lincoln County, Wyoming
and more particularly described as follows:

Said property, and any proceeds resulting from the sale or disposition thereof,
shall retain its immunity from the claims of Grantees separate creditors as if the
property had remained held by the entireties in accordance with Wyo. Stat. Ann.
4 -10 -402 (c).
