KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Ballard Johnson, Successor Trustee
of the Dale C. and Helen W. Johnson Family Revocable Trust dated April 28, 2005, Grantor,
of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
QUITCLAIM to Steven Arthur Johnson and Karen Ann Johnson, husband and wife, as tenants
by the entireties, an undivided one -third (1/3) interest; Ballard Wilkes Johnson and Paddy Lou
Johnson, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an undivided one -third (1/3) interest; and
Arthur W. Johnson and Hershella L. Johnson, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an
undivided one -third (1/3) interest, Grantees, as tenants in common, whose address is P.O. Box 70,
Auburn, Wyoming 83111, in the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Township 33 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
Section 21: NE'/4NE1/4; and North 20 Acres of the SE' /4NE1/4, Section 22, NW1/4; and
North 60 acres of the N %2SE'/4, Section 35: N' /2NE'/4, Section 36: NW'/4NW1/4;
(Excepting therefrom a tract of land described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the
Southeast Corner of the NW' /4NW' /4 of said Section 35, running THENCE North 10
rods; THENCE West 10 rods; THENCE South 10 rods; THENCE East 10 rods to the
place of beginning; and excepting therefrom a tract of land described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of the NEVNE1/4 of said Section 35, and running
THENCE East 160 rods, THENCE North 80 rods, THENCE West 1 rod; THENCE
North 80 rods; THENCE West 1 rod, THENCE South 79 rods; THENCE West 159 rods,
THENCE South 1 rod to the point of beginning)
TOGETHER WITH all interest in the right of way and easement described as follows:
A piece of land Two (2) rods wide and Two Hundred forty (240) rods along the North
side of the northeast quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE'/4NE1/4) of Section Twenty
seven (27); the North half of Northwest Quarter (N' /2NW' /4) and Northwest Quarter of
Northeast Quarter (NW' /4NE' /4) of Section Twenty -six (26) Township Thirty -three (33)
North, Range One Hundred Nineteen (119) West 6 P.M. in Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and restrictions
now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
