the Erickson Family Trust, dated the 3rd day of May, 2011., grantee(s),
whose address is: 124 Nield Avenue, Afton, WY 83101 all interest in the following described real property,
situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Part of Section 36, Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 12 rods east from the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of said Section 36 and running thence South 12 rods; thence East 4' /Z rods; thence
North 12 rods; thence West 4 rods to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT That part of Section 36, Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, described in description prepared by Paul N. Scherbel labeled "Ross A. and
Mable H. Nield from Oney R. Nield, Tract G" dated November 23, 1983, described as follows:

page 298 and of record in Book 8 of Photostatic Records on page 111 within the Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying
and being situate within the following described tract (proposed Ben Nield Addition to the Town of
