My commission expires j 2.// 5 QUITCLAIM DEED That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, the TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION OF WYOMING, hereinafter called the grantor, hereby remises, releases and quit claims to Joshua C. and Stacy J. Hutchinson, their assigns or successors herein called the grantee, the following described lands located in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to -wit: A triangular shaped parcel of land situate in the SW' SW' Sec. 6, and the NW' NW Sec. 7, T3 IN, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County Wyoming, being a part of the existing right -of -way of Wyoming Highway 236, being described as follows; Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 6, being monumented by a 3" brass Cap PLS 5368, from which the S -S1/64 corner of Section 1 -6, T.31N., R.118/119W. bears N. 0° 37' 10.5" E. a distance of 661.31 feet, being monumented by a 3" brass Cap PLS 164; thence N. 42° 32' 27.8" E. a distance of 57.07 feet to point on the existing northerly right -of -way boundary of Wyoming highway 236, said point being monumented by a highway right -of -way marker, being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along said northerly right -of -way boundary N. 89° 52' 08.3" E. a distance of 115.67 feet to the easterly boundary of that certain tract of land described in book 596 at page 10 of the Lincoln County records; thence S. 0° 37' 10.5" W. a distance of 46.95 feet; thence N. 67° 55' 58.7" W. a distance of 124.27 feet to the point of beginning; The above described parcel contains 2,715 square feet, more or less. The basis of bearing being a line between the southwest corner of said Section 6 and the S -S 1 /64 corner of said Section 1 -6, it being N. 0° 37' 10.5" E. Grantor conveys and quit claims to the grantee all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim demand whatsoever, in law as in equity, and any and all after acquired title of the grantor, in or to the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, tenements and hereditaments there unto belonging.
