its legal representatives and assigns, all right, title and interest in that certain
Certificate of Sale dated May 7, 2013, on the following described property:

Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on May 7, 2013, and the Certificate of Sale
was filed on May 9, 2013, at Reception No. 970915 in Book 811 at Page 266 in
the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
