dated the 16th day of April, 1987, in which Philip N. and
Barbara R. Leavitt, husband and wife, are Grantors, and The
Bank of Commerce is beneficiary, recorded on April 27, 1987,
in Book 250PR, page 418, in the records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, having received from the beneficiary under said Deed
of Trust a written request to reconvey, reciting that the
obligation secured by the Deed of Trust has been fully satisfied,
does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the persons entitled
thereto all of the right, title and interest now held by the
Trustee in and to that land described in said Trust Deed situated
in Lincoln County, Wyoming, as follows:
Lot One Hundred Fourteen (114)in Star Valley Ranch Plat Seven
(7), Lincoln County, Wyoming

a Notary Public in and for said County and State, duly
commissioned and sworn, personally appeared Katherine Rosas,
to me known to be the President of the corporation that executed
the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said instrument
to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said corporation,
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated
that she is •authorized to execute the said instrument and that
the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.
