HESSON, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties Grantee of for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: PARCEL 3: The NE1 /4SW1 /4, SE1 /4NW1 /4 of Section 4, T31N, R119W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. EXCEPTING THEREFROM: A Portion of the South half of Section 4, T31N, R119W, 6th P.M., located Northwest of Fairview, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe found 2,138.52 feet N5 °23'33 "E from the South IA corner of said Section 4; thence West 242.36 feet to an iron pipe set; thence North 360.67 feet to an iron pipe set; thence East 227.70 feet to an iron pipe found; thence S10 °06'07 "E 96.32 feet to an iron pipe found; thence S0 °28'49 "W 265.86 feet to the Point of Beginning. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM those tracts of land described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 298 P.R., Page 335 and in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 301 P.R., Page 3 and Warranty Deed recorded in Book 433 P.R., Page 29. The above described tract of ground containing 106 acres more or less. Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and rights -of -way of record or in use. Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
