DECREE ESTABLISHING RIGHT AND TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY
THIS MATTER having been brought this Court by application of Barbara Ann
Hoopes and Janice Marie Mackey for a Decree Establishing Right and Title to the Real
Property hereinafter described; and the Court having reviewed the application and
other material on file finds:
1. That Erma Heap became deceased on May 15, 2000 in the County of Teton,
State of Wyoming, and that she was a resident of Teton County, State of Wyoming at
the time of her death. The Decedent died intestate.
2. That the value of the entire estate of the Decedent, Erma Heap including
personal property, does not exceed sixty eight thousand dollars ($68,000.00),the
appraisal of Jason Stewert having been filed with this Court.
3. That more than 30 days have elapsed since the date of death of the
Decedent.
4. That no application for appointment of a personal representative of said
Decedent is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction.
5. That the applicants Barbara Ann Brown and Janice Marie Mackey, the named
distributees are the only persons entitled in the estate of the Decedent, having a right to
succeed to the property under the probate proceedings and that they are entitled to the
delivery of the Decedent's property.
6. The description of the real property owned by the Decedent is as follows:
Beginning North 80° 42' West, 200 feet from the South
Quarter Corner of Section 27, T 35 N, R 119 W of the 6th
P.M. Wyoming, and running thence West 185 feet; thence
South 119 feet to the point of beginning, consisting of .5
acres.
