WARRA TY DEED
Glen and Eva Mae Fluckiger, husband and wife, Grantors, Lincoln Cog t tate'olf
Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Andrew
Parker and Holly Parker, husband and wife, Grantees, whose address is 3529 Hwy 241, Afton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, the following- described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, to -wit:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 12,'T
31 N, R 119 W, 6 P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 9 rods,
thence West 35 -5/9 rods, thence South 9 rods, thence East 35 -5/9 rods to the
point of beginning.
and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are free from encumbrances except those of record; and Grantors warrant the title
thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations,
easements and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
