whose current address is 3425 Sun Circle, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83404, as GRANTEE, all of the following
described real estate located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 1 Lot 419, recorded as Instrument No. 589522, in
Lincoln County, Wyoming.

TOGETHER with all improvements, easements, hereditaments, water rights and appurtenances thereto, and
subject to such rights, easements, covenants, restrictions, and zoning regulations as appear of record or based
upon the premises.
GRANTORS, for themselves, their heirs and assigns, do hereby covenant, warrant, and shall defend
the quiet and peaceable possession of said premises by GRANTEE, its heirs and assigns forever against all
lawful claims of all persons.
In construing this deed, and where the context so requires, the singular includes the plural and the
masculine, the feminine and the neuter.
