KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned W. TOM

10, 1987, of P 0 Box 248, Afton, WY 83110, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of
DAVIS, TRUSTEE, OF THE W. TOM DAVIS REVOCABLE TRUST, dated May
the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and release unto STAR
VALLEY LAND AND LIVESTOCK, INC., GRANTEE and its successors and assigns,
of P 0 Box 248, Afton, Wyoming 83110, a perpetual water pipeline easement and right-
of-way for the installation, construction and continued maintenance of an underground
water pipeline over, under, through, across and along a parcel of land for the purpose of
providing culinary water to lands located in the Salt River Heights Subdivision, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, to enter upon the lands situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
A portion of Lot Twenty -one (21) of Salt River Heights Subdivision, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, described as follows: a one (1) rod easement along an existing
underground pipeline with said pipeline being the centerline of the easement.
Together with all rights of ingress and egress necessary or convenient for all rights
and privileges incident to said waterline. Grantor, agrees not to construct or maintain any
building or structure of a permanent nature upon the described easement.
The grantor hereby waives and releases all rights to said property under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state to the extent that such rights may
interfere with the intent of this easement for the purposes of maintaining a water pipeline.
