NOTICE OF INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN AND MADE OF PUBLIC RECORD that a
Stipulated Marital Settlement Agreement (Agreement), filed U ;ad Decree
of Divorce (Decree), filed 4 7 20 3 exists in the records of the Lincoln County
District Court Clerk, Civil Action No. 2013- 92 -DC, by and between LISA SCHULTE
and HERMAN ANTHONY SCHULTE, JR.
Per said Agreement of the parties, the Parties stipulate and agree: 1) If, within one
(1) year from the date of this Agreement, the Plaintiff sells the real property located at
2213 Stewart Trail, Etna, Wyoming, the Defendant shall have the right to one -half (1/2)
of the net equity from the sale of the property. "Net equity" as used herein, shall be
defined as the net proceeds from the sale, after all liens, mortgages, encumbrances, fees,
costs, taxes, insurance premiums, commissions or any other costs or charge associated
with the sale of the property have been paid in full. 2) Notwithstanding the grant of the
one -half (1/2) interest in the net equity as previously stated, the Defendant shall retain the
same one -half (1/2) interest in the net equity of the real property, located at 2213 Stewart
Trial, Etna, Wyoming as long as the Plaintiff remains unmarried. In the event of the
death of the Plaintiff, the same one -half (1/2) interest in the net equity shall be paid to the
Defendant upon settlement of the Plaintiffs estate. 3) In the event that the Defendant
should die at anytime after the execution of this agreement, all of his interest in the real

Said Agreement of the parties' is regarding the following described real property, to wit:
Physically located at 2213 Stewart Trail, Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming; and is
legally described on Warranty Deed, filed as Book 458, Page, 526, in the records
of the Lincoln County Clerk on January 22, 2001 as follows:
A portion of the property referred to in Instrument No. 385712, recorded in Book
68 PR, on Page 340, within the NW1 /4NW1 /4 of Section 24, T36N, R119W of the
6`" P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming, the boundary and area being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set at a point in the North line of said Section 24,
said point being 725.59 feet S89°23'18"E, along said North line, from the B.L.M.
type monument found marking the United States Department of Interior Bureau
of Land Management 1973 location for the Northwest Corner of said Section 24
(S14-S13/S23-S24); thence S89°23'18"E, continuing along said North line 282.49
feet to an iron pipe set; thence S8 48'47 "W 143.73 feet to an iron pipe set; thence
N89 °31'11 "W 277.08 feet to an iron pipe set; thence N6 °38'31 "E 143.69 feet, to
the Point of Beginning, containing 0.916 acres of Land.
TOGETHER WITH the 60 -foot right -of -way easement referred to in Instrument
865852, recorded in Book 445PR on Page 535.
TOGETHER WITH a 30 -foot right-of-way easement from said 60 -foot right -of-
way easement to the South line of the above described Parcel, being more
particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the South line of the
above described parcel, said point being 75.35 feet N89 °31' 11 "W, along said
South line from the iron pipe set marking the Southeast corner of said parcel;
thence S50 °29'43 "W 151.84 feet to the iron pipe found marking a bend in the
center line of said 60 -foot right -of -way easement; thence N64 °32'29 "W, along
said center line, 33.11 feet; thence N50 °29'43 "E, 130.08 feet to a point in said
South line; thence S89 °31' 11 "E, along said South line, 46.69 feet, to the Point of
Beginning, end of description.
Together with and subject to all easements, exceptions, reservations, restrictions,
rights -of -way and improvements of sight and /or record.
