the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to -wit:
Parcel 1
All of Lots 7, 9, 11, 12, 14 and 16 of Suter's Canyon Subdivision Phase Two, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat filed with Instrument No. 938819 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
Parcel 2
All of Lots 20, 21 and 25 of Suter's Canyon Subdivision Phase Two Second Filing, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat filed with Instrument No. 944254 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record.
NOTE: This serves to corrected that certain Warranty Deed recorded April 29, 2011 in Book
766PR on page 71 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk to correct the name of the grantee.
