Failoni, a single person, as mortgagor, to Community First National Bank, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $73, 875.00, as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 21st day of December, 1998, in Book 423PR, at page 264, which mortgage was subsequently assigned by instrument to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., recorded the 29th day of December, 1998, in Book 423PR, at page 664. That Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, DOES HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE said mortgage as to that portion of the mortgage property which is more particularly described as follows: Provided, that nothing herein contained shall in any way impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforementioned mortgage on the remaining portion of the mortgaged property not hereby released therefrom.
