Inc., a corporation, does hereby certify a mortgage, bearing
the date the 16th day of December, 1998, made and executed by
John A. Failoni, a single person, as mortgagor, to Community
First National Bank, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of $73, 875.00,
as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office
of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 21st day of December, 1998,
in Book 423PR, at page 264, which mortgage was subsequently
assigned by instrument to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., recorded
the 29th day of December, 1998, in Book 423PR, at page 664.
That Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., for good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, DOES HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE said mortgage
as to that portion of the mortgage property which is more
particularly described as follows:
Provided, that nothing herein contained shall in any way impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the
aforementioned mortgage on the remaining portion of the mortgaged
property not hereby released therefrom.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. has caused
these presents to be signed and its corporate seal affixed this

Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 4 of the Lincoln
Heights 5th Subdivision, First Filing, to the City of Kemmerer,
Wyoming, thence N2 24'29 "E, 127.42 feet to the northeast corner
of said Lot 8; thence S80 41'09 "W along the northerly boundary line
