FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the SHOSHONE FIRST BANK, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming,
the mortgagee named in that certain mortgage hereinafter described,
does hereby transfer, assign, set over and convey all of its right,
title and interest in and to said mortgage, which was given to said
mortgagee by Gregory D. Naab and Dayna Naab
and appears recorded in book 452 of mortgages, beginning on
page 171 in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and which covers property described'as follows:
Lot 58 of the Three Rivers Meadows Estates Subdivision "B County of
Lincoln State of Wyoming, being a part of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4 and the NW 1/4
SW 1/4. Section 28. Township 37 North. Range 118 West, 6th P.M.. Wyoming
together with the note or notes secured thereby, to the Wyoming Community
Development Authority, P. 0. Box 634, Casper, Wyoming 82602, its
successors and assigns, subject however, to all of the agreements,
conditions, covenants and stipulations therein contained, as well as
all rights of redemption provided by law.
