QUIT CLAIM DEED

KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That
L. MICHAEL KENNINGTON
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00 /100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to then in hand paid by
Larry L. Kennington and Luana T. Kennington, Trustees
whose address is 441 Bitter Creek Road, Afton, WY 83110
The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said
LARRY L. KENNINGTON AND LUANA T. KENNINGTON, Trustees of the
LARRY L. KENNINGTON AND LUANA T. KENNINGTON FAMILY TRUST
dated August 27, 1998
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to -wit:
N NW ASW'/s of Section 14, T31N 12119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming;
WANE %SE% of Section 15, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming;
LESS AND EXCEPT the following described land:
Beginning at a point which is the Northwest corner of the NE'4SE'IA of said Section 15 and
running thence East 96 rods; thence South 26 rods; thence West 17 rods 11 feet to the center of
the road known as the Bitter Creek Road; thence in a Southeasterly direction (S 18'26' E) along
said road, approximately 14.8 rods to a point which is South 40 rods and 83 rods from the point
of beginning; thence North 6 rods 3 feet; thence East 13 rods 10 feet; thence South 6 rods 3 feet;
thence West 13 rods 10 feet; thence continuing West 83 rods; thence North 40 rods to the place
of beginning (23.184 acres.) The land being conveyed contains 16.8 acres, more or less.)
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Larry L. Kennington and Luana T. Kennington, Trustees
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property.. use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
