and between George W. Lane and Ann H. Lane, As Tenants by the Entireties, the
GRANTOR, and Richard N. Brough and Sandra H. Brough, husband and wife, as tenants
by the entireties whose address is 2300 Dry Creek Road, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the
GRANTEE, WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and consideration of the sum of Ten and other good and
valuable considerations Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT
unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot piece, and parcel of land situated in the
