Wyoming limited liability company, P.O. Box 3309, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, GRANTOR, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
a receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to ALPINE AIRPARK, LLC,

successors and assigns, the following described property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 92 of Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2 Amended 10th Filing Amended, as
shown on Plat No. 930105 which was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming
on June 6, 2007.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, covenants, conditions, easements, and
rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use.
