County, Wyoming, said tract being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section 36, said point of beginning being the West
one sixteenth corner and Lying North 89 °38'08" East, 1306.52 feet from the Southwest corner
thereof;
thence North 0 °03'08" East, 189.66 feet along the West line of said Lot 24 to the as
constructed centerline of Lincoln County Road No. 327;
thence the following seven (7) courses along said centerline;
North 51 °46'14" East, 408.35 feet;
thence North 59 °37'56" East, 115.35 feet;
thence North 76 °06'49" East, 117.16 feet;
