HomeMy WebLinkAbout868023WARRANTY DEED MAXINE JENSEN, Surviving Spouse of LOWELL JENSEN, GRANTOR, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO: MARGENE ANN JENSEN, SHERYL JENSEN, LOWELL LARON JENSEN, HELEN FRALEY and BOYD JENSEN, (Mailing Address: %Lowell LaRon Jensen, Rt. #1, Afton, Wyoming 83110) as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, GRANTEES, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: this COMMENCING at a point Nine (9) Rods North from the Southwest Corner of Lot Three (3) in Block Twenty -Two (22) Afton, Wyoming, and running thence East Six (6) Rods; thence North Three (3) Rods; thence West Six (6) Rods; thence South Three (3) Rods to the place of beginning.
