grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and
other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Stephen P. Cheek, Karen A. Cheek and A. Donald Degener
as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship
grantees, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 314, Diamondville,
WY 83116, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to -wit:
A parcel of land being part of Tracts 46 and 50, Section 23,
Township 21 North, Range 116 West, 6th P.M., lying within the
corporate limits of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the corner common to Tracts 46, 50 and 52, Township
21 North, Range 116 West, a steel pipe with 2 -1/2" G.L.O. brass
cap appropriately inscribed, and running thence NO °17'51 "E,
67.92 feet along the westerly line of said Tract 50, said line
also being the westerly boundary of said corporate limits, to
a point on the westerly right -of -way of Canyon Road, as said
Road is platted and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk with Entry Number 598117, said point being monumented
with a 5/8" x 24" steel bar with 1 -1/2" aluminum cap inscribed

thence continuing NO °17'51 "E, 80.10 feet along said Westerly
line to a point lying within said right -of -way, said point being
monumented with a 'PK' nail set in asphalt paving;
thence leaving said Westerly line and corporate limits,
S89 °40'22 "E, 26.40 feet to the Northwest corner of that parcel
described in Book 291PR on page 458 of the Lincoln County
Records, said corner being monumented with a steel bar with
a 2" aluminum cap;
thence continuing S89 °40'22 "E, 0.24 feet measured along
the North line of said parcel to a point on the Easterly right
of -way of said Road, with no monument set, said point lying
on a curve concave to the Southwest having a radius of 634.50
feet, and from which point a radial line bears 351 °36'04 "W;
thence Southeasterly 175.27 feet along the arc of said
curve and said Easterly right -of -way through a central angle
of 15 49'38 the long chord of which bears S30 29'07 "E, 174.72
feet, to the Southwest corner of said parcel, said corner being
monumented with an "X" inscribed in the concrete driveway;
thence 589 °42'09 "E, 106.62 feet measured along the South
line of said parcel to the Southeast corner thereof, said corner
being monumented with a 5/8" x 24" steel bar with 1 -1/2" aluminum

thence NO °17'51 "E, 150.00 feet along the East line of said
parcel to the Northeast corner thereof, said corner being
monumented with a steel bar with 2" aluminum cap inscribed "EPK

thence S11 °00'45 "E, 76.49 feet to a point being monumented
with a 5/8" x 24" steel bar with a 1 -1/2" aluminum cap inscribed
