MARY JANE KINGHORN, a widow, hereby certifies regarding a certain
Mortgage Deed with Release of Homestead dated June 29, 1984, made and executed by
JERRY D. FLOYD and MARGUERITE E. FLOYD, husband and wife, as Mortgagors to
MARY JANE KINGHORN, a widow, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for payment of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($29,000),
as therein stated, which mortgage was duly recorded in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming on July 2, 1984, as instrument
number 618349. Said Mortgage Deed with Release of Homestead, with a promissory note
secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt has been fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged, and in consideration thereof the said Mortgagee does hereby release and
quitclaim unto the Mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged. The
property mortgaged in the above referenced instrument is more particularly described as
follows:
The Northerly one -half of the southerly two thirds of Lots
Numbered Four, Five, and Six in Block Numbered Twenty -four
(24) in the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, and more
particularly described and bounded as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Lot Four (4) running
thence Northerly along the Westerly Boundary of Lot Four (4)
forty -six and two thirds (46 -2/3) feet to the initial point, thence
easterly, and parallel to Quartz Street, one hundred fifty feet
(150) to the Easterly boundary of Lot Six (6), at a point forty -six
and two thirds (46 -2/3) feet Northerly from the Southeasterly
Corner of Lot Six (6); Thence Northerly along the Easterly
boundary of Lot Six (6) and at right angle to Quartz Street,
forty -six and two- thirds feet; Thence Westerly at right angle to
the last mentioned line, and parallel to Quartz Street, one
hundred fifty feet to the intersection of Pine Avenue on the
Westerly boundary of Lot Four (4); Thence Southerly along
Pine Avenue forty -six and two- thirds (46 -2/3) feet to the initial
point; The intention being to convey the middle one -third of
Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), fronting forty -six and two
thirds (46 -2/3) feet on Pine Avenue, in the First Addition to the
Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to
the map or plat of said First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer
now on file and of record in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex- Officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County,
Wyoming together with all improvements thereon.
The .Mortgagee affirmatively states that she hap never s O d on the
property and that therefore the Mortgagee does not claim any homestead Interest therein.
