WARRANTY DEED
THOMAS D. WEBB, JR. and BETTY R. WEBB, husband and wife, as tenants in
common, hereinafter referred to as "Grantors for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to THOMAS D. WEBB, JR. and BETTY R.
WEBB, Trustees, or their successors in trust under the THOMAS D. WEBB AND BETTY R.
WEBB LIVING TRUST, dated January 10, 1985, and restated October 31, 1996, and any
amendments thereto, hereinafter referred to as "Grantees," of P.O. Box 8699, Jackson, Wyoming
83002, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to wit:
Lot 28 of Bridger View Ranches as platted and recorded in the Official Records at
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and any rights
of grantor to minerals thereunder, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights -of way and easements of sight or
record.
