Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date December 05,
2007 executed by Cody Luthi and Ronda D. Luthi, Husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien
on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $15,000.00 which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 13th day of December 2007 in Book 681 of Mortgages, at Page 132 as
document 935555 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this fa" day of
