Star Valley Ranch Park Plat One (1) Lot Eighty -One (81) as
platted and recorded in the official records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming
This Agreement, is made by and between Dianna L. Huston,
formerly known as Dianna L. Taylor, and James Huston, husband
and wife, hereinafter referred to as sellers, Harold V. Thompson
and Darlene K. Thompson, husband and wife, hereinafter referred
to a buyers, and Leisure Valley, Inc., hereinafter referred
to as mortgagee.
IT IS HEREIN AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the buyers are purchasing the above described
property, having agreed to assume the unpaid amount of $6,553.87
as of July 25, 2000.
WHEREAS, the buyers agree to pay all monthly installments
under the terms of the original note and mortgage. Said note
and mortgage dated August 12, 1994, in the amount of $11,700.00
at the rate of 10 percent (10 per annum, made and executed
by Keith Bassett Taylor and Dianna L. Taylor, and recorded in
the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds
on March 21, 1995, in Book 366PR, page 182.
WHEREAS, buyers understand that payments in the amount
of $154.62 are to be made on the 15th day of each month,
beginning immediately, and monthly thereafter until the entire
mortgage balance has been paid in full.
WHEREAS, the sellers hereby assign and transfer to the
buyers all of their right, title and interest in the mortgage
presently held by Leisure Valley, Inc., as mortgagee.
WHEREAS, the mortgagee does hereby permit said assignment
of mortgage and acknowledges and understands that the sellers
are no longer bound under the terms of the original mortgage,
and note, but that the buyers alone are now liable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto executed
