INC., a Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
NEVADA, duly authorized to do business in the State of WYOMING and having its principal place
of business in the County of Uncoln, State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR, and
County of West Valley, State of Utah,
the GRANTEE, whose address is 3836 Rosemary Street
West Valley City, UT 84120
WITNESSETH: That the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant,
bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said GRANTEE, all that certain tract, lot, piece,
and parcel of land situate in the County of Uncoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
