I, DEAN ALLAN HANSEN, being of lawful age and being first duly sworn upon my
oath, make the following Affidavit pursuant to W.S. §34-11-.101 (1999):
1. That on March 12, 1999, MYRNA L. CHILD, formerly, MYRNA L.
HANSEN, died in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. The surviving heirs of MYRNA L.
CHILD were: D'Orr Child, her husband, and the following adult children: Valerie Jean Hansen
Haderlie, a.k.a. Valerie H. Haderlie, born March 11, 1953, of P.O. Box 373, Afton, Wyoming 83110;
Richard David Hansen, born September 20, 1954, of P.O. Box 1064, Afton, Wyoming 83110; Dean
Allan Hansen, born March 5, 1956, of 1405 Greenway Terrace, Waukesha, Wisconsin 53186;
Michael Jay Hansen, born October 2, 1959, of Box 168, Afton, Wyoming 83110; and Jerry Wayne
Hansen, born September 25, 1962, of Box 1776, Afton, Wyoming 83110.
2. That on August 15, 1994, MYRNA L. CHILD executed a revocable trust
under which VALERIE H. HADERLIE was named as Trustee. On October 4, 1994, MYRNA L.
CHILD executed and delivered a warranty deed (the Deed) to the Trustee. The Deed was not
recorded at that time. Instead, the Trustee requested that Dennis L. Sanderson hold the deed in his
possession for them, to record when directed or upon the death of MYRNA L. CHILD.
3. That the Deed was recorded on August 1, 2000, upon the request of the
Trustee, VALERIE H. HADERLIE.
