3. That the Deed was recorded on August 1, 2000, upon the request of the
Trustee, VALERIE H. HADERLIE.
4. That the trust provides in part:
3.02 Distribution of Real Property. Upon the death
of the Settlor, the Trustee shall distribute the
remainder of the trust estate among the Settlor's
children in equal shares, per stirpes.
5. That on August 15, 1994, MYRNA L. CHILD also made and executed a Will
which provides as follows with respect to her non personal property:
ARTICLE THREE
Section 1. Pour -Over to My Living Trust
The Remainder of my property shall be distributed to:
Valerie H. Haderlie, the Trustee, or her successor in
trust, under the Myrna L. Child Living Trust, and any
amendments thereto, dated August 15, 1994.
Section 2. Alternate Disposition
If my living trust is not in effect at my death, I give all
of my property to those of my descendants, per
stirpes, who survive me by thirty days.
If none of my descendants survive me by thirty days,
I give all of my property to my heirs at law according
to the laws of descent and distribution in the State of
Wyoming.
6. That the undersigned recognize the conveyance made on August 15, 1994, to
the Trust to be validly executed, delivered and recorded, and that MYRNA L. CHILD was of lawful
age and legally competent to make and execute the Deed.
