Mortgagors, to secure the payment of Sixty -Six Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty -Six Dollars and
Twenty -One Cents ($66,756.21) as evidenced in the Promissory Note dated September lY
2013, payable in accordance with the provisions of that certain Promissory Note, dated
September tY hereby mortgages and warrants to, CRAIG STEED and JASON MILLER,
and their successors or assigns, Mortgagees, of Lincoln County, Wyoming to -wit:
Home and real property located at 306 S. 1st W., Auburn, Wyoming 83111, more
particularly described as:
Lot 6, Block 16 Second Filing, Auburn Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming (originally
Uinta County).
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions, Reservations,
Rights, Rights -of -Way, and Improvements of sight and or record
If default occurs in the payment of the indebtedness or in the payment of any installment
thereof, or if default occurs-in any of the covenants and agreements hereof, then the whole
indebtedness shall, at Mortgagees' option, become due and payable forthwith, and Mortgagees
may foreclose through advertisement and sale, after proper notice.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
