Beginning at a point which is 12 rods east from the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of said Section 36 and running thence South 12 rods; thence East 41/2 rods; thence North 12 rods; thence
West 41/2 rods to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT That part of Section 36, Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, described in description prepared by Paul N. Scherbel labeled "Ross A. and Mable H. Nield
from Oney R. Nield, Tract G" dated November 23, 1983, described as follows:
That part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 18 of Deeds on page 298
and of record in Book 8 of Photostatic Records on page 111 within the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 36, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying and being situate within the
following described tract (proposed Ben Nield Addition to the Town of Afton):

steel spike; thence continuing South 89 °12 .1' West,60.00 feet to a point; thence continuing South 89 °12.1' West,
201.02 feet to a point; thence North 01°16.7' East, 81.06 feet to a point on the said south line; thence North
88 °49.0' West, 134.32 feet along said south line to a point; thence North 01°56.9' West, 246.89 feet along existing
fence line to the POINT OF BEGINNING
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Darald N. Erickson and Carleya L. Erickson for their joint lives, rent free
use of the property for an indefinite length of time or as long as they decide to live there. Upon the death of the
survivor of Darald N. Erickson and Carleya L. Erickson, this life estate shall terminate and all interest therein shall
revert to grantees, herein John J. Lee III and Jennifer Lee, Trustees of the Lee Trust dated September 13, 2013.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
