Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter Southwest Quarter of said Section 18 and running
thence West 115 rods; thence South 80 rods; thence East 115 rods; thence North 80 rods to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom land contained in Warranty Deed to State Highway Commission of Wyoming recorded
January 23, 1974 in Book 108PR on page 626 of records of Lincoln County Clerk.
Subject to an easement for access to the South one -half of the North one -half of the above described property
which is described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the above described property and running
thence South along the East boundary 20 rods; thence West 30 feet; thence North 20 rods; thence East 30 feet to
the point of beginning.
Subject to a joint easement agreement by and between Doran Erickson and Debra Erickson, husband and wife, and
as trustee, and Stephen Frampton and Linda Frampton, husband and wife, and as trustees, recorded April 5, 2010
in Book 745PR on Page 72 of records of Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
