WILLIAM L. SORENSEN AND LOADEANE SORENSEN, husband and wife, and
as Trustees of the William Sorensen and LoaDeane Sorensen Joint Living Trust dated February 7,
1996, (hereinafter "Grantors of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, convey and warrant to L &L PROPERTIES, LLC, a Wyoming limited
liability company (hereinafter "Buyer of Lincoln County, Wyoming, whose mailing address is
P.O. Box 1509, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real property situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
TOGETHER WITH all improvements situate thereon, and all easements and
appurtenances belonging thereto.
SUBJECT TO all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record, if
any.

WARRANTY DEED
Beginning at a point which is the southeast corner of
Lot Four (4) in Block Seventeen (17) of Afton
Townsite, and running thence North 61/2 rods, thence
West 102 feet, thence South 61/2 rods, thence East
102 feet to the point of beginning, all of which is
located in Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
HEREBY releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
