JERE C. KOVACH and SHEILA KOVACH, husband and wife, Grantors,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to J.F. RANCH, INC., a Wyoming
corporation, Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 280, Big Piney,
Wyoming, 83113, the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to -wit:
A parcel of land in the E %SE% of Section 18, Township 26
North, Range 112 West of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described as follows: Commencing at a point on
the South boundary line of the NE' %SE of Section 19,
T26N, R112W, which is 65.4 feet West of a point on the
East boundary of said Section 19 from whence the
Southeast corner of said Section 19 bears S 0 °04' E, 1320
feet; thence N 8 °32' W, 4247.6 feet; thence Easterly at
right angles to last previous course 200.0 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence N 8 °32 W, 400.0 feet;
thence N 81 °28' E, 300 feet; thence S 8 °32' E, 400.0
feet; thence S 81 °28' W, 300 feet to the true point of
beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record.
