other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of

(21) as platted and recorded in the official records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions,
easements and rights -of -way of record,
in use.
