State of Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded in the Office
of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all improvements and
appurtenances thereon or in anywise appertaining thereto.

1. That she resides at 190 Dirt Road, Riverton, Fremont County, Wyoming 82501,
and is the surviving daughter of Nancy Farrell Peternal, deceased (the "Decedent who died on
June 17, 2000, in Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming.
2. That the Decedent, as Grantor and Trustee, executed a Declaration of Trust
pertaining to "The Nancy F. Peternal Revocable Trust" dated the 11 day of December, 1990, and
most recently amended the 15 day of March, 2000 (the "Trust
