MORTGAGOR TO MORTGAGEE DATED APRIL 1, 1993, IN THE AMOUNT OF

1985, against Parcel No. 1 of the Real Property

Number 675567, in the office of the County Recorder of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, as amended by an Amendment to
Mortgage Deed dated September 23, 1987, recorded
September 28, 1987 in Book 255PR, Page 514, as Instrument
No. 678906 in the office of the County Recorder of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, which Mortgage was assigned by
Stewart Ready Mix (formerly Nevada Ready Mix) to
Mortgagee on November 13, 1989, pursuant to an
"Assignment of Mortgage" dated November 13, 1989,

"Assignment of Mortgage" dated November 13, 1989,
recorded on November 30, 1989, in Book 280PR, Page 621,
as Instrument Number 711050, in the office of the County
Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming, which Mortgage
secures the payment of a "Second Amendment to Promissory
