recorded as Instrument Number 589522 on January 5, 1983, in the
Office of the County Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming), unto
Mortgagor, Leisure Valley, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, its
successors and assigns, thereby fully releasing, discharging and
reconveying the aforesaid Real Property in its entirety from each
of the above described Mortgages.
Mortgagee also hereby specifically releases and discharges
Leisure Valley, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, fully from any and all
obligations to pay or otherwise satisfy the Promissory Notes or the
Mortgages described above, it being the intent of this document to
fully release and discharge the aforesaid Promissory Notes and
Mortgages.
Note: Lots 349 through 452, inclusive, and Lot 476 (also
known as Common Area Number 1) of Star Valley Ranch R.V. Park, Plat
1, recorded as Instrument Number 589522 on January 5, 1993, in the
Office of the County Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming
(hereinafter "R.V. Park Plat 1), were never encumbered by the
above described Mortgages, and Lots 2 through 6, inclusive, and
Lots 8 through 98, inclusive, of R.V. Park Plat 1, were previously
released from the above described Mortgages pursuant to a document
entitled "First Amendment and Partial Release of Mortgages" dated
June 7, 1994, and recorded on June 15, 1994, in Book 352PR, Page
432, as Instrument Number 784972, and an additional document
entitled "Partial Release of Mortgages" dated October 10, 1994,'and
recorded on October 18, 1994, in Book 358PR, Page 808, as
Instrument Number 791482, and Lots 114 through 144, 179 through
