Kambouris and Tracy L. N. Kambouris, Husband and Wife, as mortgagor, to The Bank of Jackson Hole, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payments of 40,774.00, as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 24th day of October, 1997, in Document #846064, Book 403 PR Page 193 and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to -wit: AS TENANTS BY THE ENTIRETIES* PARCEL 1: LOT TWENTY -FIVE (25) IN STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT NINE (9) AS PLATTED AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING. PARCEL 2: SEE EXHIBIT `A' ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF. Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
