BYRD, Deceased, to execute and deliver a deed as to certain real estate, as hereinafter described, upon the performance of certain conditions of the Grantee and Grantor; and WHEREAS all conditions precedent set forth and referred to in said Order of the Court have now been fully complied with by the Grantor and Grantee; NOW THEREFORE PATRICIA L. AULLMAN, as Personal Representative of the ESTATE OF HOWARD L. BYRD, Deceased, Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL AND CONVEY unto DELPHA BYRD, an undivided two thirds, and to KING KING, LLC, and undivided one third, as tenants in common, Grantees, of the Counties of Lincoln and Teton, State of Wyoming, all of the estate's right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln and the State of Wyoming, to -wit: Lots 25, 26, 27 and 28, Block 5, VanNoy Park, in the town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in any wise appertaining there unto.
