in consideration of Ten and 00 /100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by

The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought
to have in or to all the following described premises, to -wit:
Part of Lots 3, 4 and 5 of Block 3 of the Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision to the City of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of said Lot 4, thence N 17 °52'00" E, 12.52 feet;
thence S 75 °06'54" E, 94.13 feet;
thence S 15°14'00" W, 71.93 feet to the SE corner of Lot 4;
thence S 15 °14'00" W, 12.52 feet;
thence N 75°50'18" W, 98.09 feet;
thence N 17 °52'00" E, 73.26 feet to the point of beginning.
NOTE: This Quitclaim Deed is to terminate any interest in the above described land as well as to
terminate any lien as referenced in Civil Action No. 10,332, Third Judicial District for the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
David Ray Vineyard
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other person
in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part
thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
